In the late 1970's Dave started experiencing chronic headaches after meals.  Over time he began noticing that these severe headaches were occurring after certain family meals.  His curiosity led him to begin reading the labels on everything that was being added to the foods that were served.  Through his research, he quickly realized that almost every item that the family was using to season foods had contained Monosodium Glutamate (MSG).  Just in case you aren't familiar with MSG sensitivity, one of the most common symptoms is headaches. He set out and created his own seasoning that is MSG free, the rest is history!
